Adel's Bubble Camp is simply excellent. From the moment you arrive you feel as warmly welcomed as family. Adel and his brothers run the camp to a brilliant standard, the area is clean, well laid out and organised. The bubbles are large, clean and the air conditioning does an efficient job of keeping things cool, the showers have good water pressure though you might struggle to get truly cold water out of them during the day (understandable). The bed is large and comfortably firm with stunning views of the night sky right in front of you. On arrival we booked the Sunset Camel Tour, Stargazing and the Sunrise Jeep Tour. My recommendation is to do this also, as doing a jeep tour in the middle of the day may be a bit intense heat-wise on hotter days. The Camel tour was very chilled, the camels are well behaved and it was a relaxing way to travel to a scenic area for sunset photos and to watch the sun set behind distant mountains. Shout out to Bilal for leading the way with the Camels, he clearly knows them well! Star Gazing I recommend taking a mini tripod for your phone or camera if you want to capture some long exposure shots, on a clear night you will definitely see the haze of the milky way with the unaided eye. The Sunrise Jeep tour was brilliant, with an excellent driver, Ahmad (who is getting married soon big congrats) we saw so many places across the area in 4 hours, Mushroom Rock, Lawrence of Arabia cave, The Martian movie's mountain scene, Big Arch, little arch among others. If you do the zip line, make sure you have a firm grip of the brake handle, at 90kg I picked up a bit too much speed for a comfortable landing. The food at both dinner and breakfast was great, the Mansaf in particular was very good and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We chatted and had a laugh late into the night drinking coffee around the fire with Adel and his team.

Wild Oryx Camp Bubbles is a recently renovated luxury tent in Wadi Rum, where guests can make the most of its barbecue facilities and shared lounge. It was really above our expectations. Bubble Tents were very quiet and had a wonderful location. The fact that the camp is far from everything offers a great opportunity to watch the stars. While many camps charge you a separate fee for this, here you can enjoy this visual feast for free. The food and breakfast was also very delicious. Mr. Eid explained our activity options with visuals as soon as we arrived at the parking area. We decided to do a 4-hour jeep tour and a 1-hour camel tour. He never forces you to do anything, he is a wonderful person in this respect. Moreover, he is thoughtful enough to ask if there is anything you don't want to eat. After you drop your car at the parking area, they escort you to the camp which we consider as a small tour as well. I would also like to thank Mohtaz, our guide on the jeep tour. He introduced every place in a very entertaining way that we will never forget. These were the best moments of our trip in Jordan. If I go again, it is definitely a place I will stay more than one day.

Comfortable, warm, silent tents (even in February), delicious dinner and breakfast, helpful, knowledgeable, kind hosts, excellent communication and organization of activities- all that we could have hoped for! We had a wonderful stay. Loved our full day tour!

Dormire in tenda è stata un'esperienza unica. La tenda era munita di tutti i confort necessari e difronte al letto cera un'ampia vetrata dalla quale era possibile guardare all'esterno. Un vista molto bella considerando l'assenza di luci artificiali, il cielo stellato e il silenzio assoluto. Oltre alle tende privata è possibile sostare in una tenda comune dove abbiamo cenato e fatto colazione. Il cibo è stato un altro momento di piacere durante questo soggiorno. E' stato molto molto buono. Gusti genuini arricchiti dalle numerose spezie. La cena è stata molto abbondante e davvero molto gustosa. Dopo mangiato siamo stati invitati nella tenda del proprietario per stare intorno al fuoco e bere té. Hassan, un ragazzo giovanissimo, è stato davvero accogliente e gentile con noi. Già subito dopo la prenotazione ci ha fornite tutte le informazioni necessarie su come raggiungere la struttura e le attività che potevamo fare (dato il nostro tempo limitato). Per mancanza di tempo abbiamo sostato una sola notte ma siamo in ogni caso riusciti a fare un giro nel deserto con il tipico pickup attrezzato. Hassan ci ha accompagnati nei punti più belli del deserto spiegandoci l'origine e il significato di quei luoghi. E' stata un'esperienza molto bella resa davvero piacevole dalla permanenza in questa tenda e la compagnia del suo ospite. Consigliato!

The tent was clean, comfortable beds, amazing views from the tend and the surrounding was calm and breathtaking. But what made the stay so special for us was the unbelievable hospitality of Ahmad and his family. He treated us like family and we will recommend Wadi Rum Star Camp to all of our friends and family.
